"Finally Managed to Grab One"
I check metallica.com probably more often than I should for the limited drops, and somehow I actually caught one in time this time. The site was easy to use, checkout didn’t give me any trouble, and it all went through way smoother than I was expecting. I do wish they had more stock, but that’s kind of the whole thing with limited stuff, so I can’t be too annoyed

Ordered a Metallica shirt from metallica to Spain it showed up in good shape, so no real complaints there. The tracking worked most of the time, though there were a couple moments where it felt like the package had been taken into some secret customs bunker for “inspection” or whatever they don’t want us to know. It took a bit longer than I was hoping, but nothing too wild for international shipping. I’d order again, just definitely not if I needed it quickly

I used metallica for the ticket presale it went well. I got my code on time, logged in a little early, and didn’t run into any weird glitches or confusing steps. I was kind of expecting some sneaky nonsense, like pushing overpriced packages first or making regular seats harder to find, but it was actually straightforward. Tickets obviously disappeared fast because it’s metallica, but I still managed to grab decent seats without stressing too much. Overall, I’m happy with how it went and I’d definitely use it again.

I ordered a Metallica tee the print looks really good, so no complaints there. The sizing was the main thing for me, though. I got my usual large, but it fits more like a medium, especially after I washed it once. Shipping was totally fine and I’ll still wear it, but yeah, I kinda wish the size chart was a little clearer. If you want a regular fit, I’d probably size up

I ordered a shirt from metallica.com and the sizing ended up being a little off. Starting the return was easy enough, but then it felt like I was just waiting around for updates with no real human contact. I would’ve appreciated being able to talk to an actual person instead of feeling like everything was stuck in some automated process. Customer service did eventually respond and the exchange got sorted, so it wasn’t a total headache, but it definitely took longer than I expected. Overall, not awful, just kind of slow and impersonal.

I ordered a Metallica hoodie from metallica.com, and overall it seems legit. The tags and print look about right, and it definitely doesn’t come off as fake or anything.
Shipping was around what I expected, not super quick but not terrible either. I’m giving it 3 stars because the material felt a bit thinner than I thought it would for the price, so it’s fine, just kind of average

So... I ordered a shirt from metallica.com, and while it showed up safely, the packaging was basic. The bag looked a bit beat up by the time it arrived, and there wasn’t much protection inside. Nothing was damaged, so it wasn’t a big deal, but it definitely could’ve been packed a little better.

I had an issue with some merch and reached out not really knowing what to expect. They got back to me quickly, which I appreciated. It wasn’t a totally perfect process, but in the end they helped get things sorted out. i was relieved and really glad they didn’t just leave me hanging.
